All NCPB members must adhere to our strict code of ethics.

  • Agree to respond to consumer complaints in a timely manner
  • Treat customers fairly
  • Keep your word and deliver on the things you tell customers you will do
  • Maintain a positive track record... with government agencies and customers
  • Maintain any applicable licenses and bonding requirements for the industry
  • Free of unusual amount of complaints with government agencies
  • Maintain satisfactory NCPB rating
  • Abide by agreements made with customers whether verbal or written
  • Be truthful in advertising
  • Use NCPB name and logo in accordance with NCPB's policy
